Media

  • Dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente nei moduli presenti sul sito (es. modulo contatti, iscrizione alla newsletter)

I dati personali degli utenti sono trattati per le seguenti finalità:

  • Gestione delle prenotazioni (tramite modulo collegato a ResDiary)

  • Gestione delle richieste inviate tramite il modulo di contatto

  • Invio di comunicazioni informative e promozionali via email, solo previo consenso (newsletter)

  • Analisi del traffico e delle performance del sito mediante strumenti statistici (Google Analytics)

  • Adempimenti legali, fiscali e contrattuali connessi all’attività del Titolare

Base giuridica del trattamento

Il trattamento si basa su:

  • Consenso dell’interessato (art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR) per l’invio della newsletter e l’uso di cookie non tecnici

  • Esecuzione di un contratto o di misure precontrattuali (art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR) per le richieste inviate dagli utenti

  • Legittimo interesse del titolare (art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR) per fini statistici e miglioramento del sito, in forma anonima o aggregata

Modalità del trattamento

I dati personali sono trattati con strumenti elettronici e cartacei, adottando misure di sicurezza adeguate a tutelare la riservatezza e l’integrità dei dati.

  • Il tempo necessario a rispondere alla richiesta o effettuare la prenotazione

  • Periodo massimo di 24 mesi per finalità promozionali (newsletter), salvo revoca del consenso

Comunicazione e diffusione dei dati

I dati potranno essere comunicati a soggetti terzi che erogano servizi per conto del Titolare, tra cui:

  • ResDiary – sistema di gestione prenotazioni

  • Fornitori di servizi email marketing (es. Mailchimp o simili)

  • Google LLC – per l’utilizzo di Google Analytics e Google Tag Manager

  • Fornitori di servizi di hosting e manutenzione del sito

Tutti i soggetti terzi sono designati Responsabili del Trattamento ove richiesto.

Trasferimento dei dati all’estero

Alcuni fornitori (es. Google) possono trattare i dati in paesi extra UE. In questi casi, il trattamento avviene nel rispetto del Capo V del GDPR, mediante strumenti di protezione come clausole contrattuali standard o decisioni di adeguatezza.

Gli utenti possono in qualsiasi momento esercitare i diritti previsti dagli articoli 15-22 del GDPR, tra cui:
